Frequently Asked Questions

How do I get my slide worked on?

  1. Choose your slide milling style and coating options and add them to cart. Add any additional notes or information including what accessories you are sending, or are planning to use. Also include the serial number and model of your slide if applicable.
  2. Place your order, print out the invoice/order confirmation, and mail your slide with the accessories you want installed to us.

  3. Once your slide is received and inspected, you will receive an email confirmation stating that it has arrived and will be processed. Please allow a few days from the time your tracking shows "Delivered" to receive an email from us.
  4. We will do our best to update you through the manufacturing process of your slide, but won't always be able to provide step-by-step updates. Feel free to reach out if it's been some time and you'd like to know where it is.
  5. When your slide has been completed, we will email you return shipping information with tracking. Our shipping to you is free for orders over $100, but we recommend you purchase shipping insurance for your return package. Once the package leaves our shop we are not responsible for lost or damaged items.
  6. Mount your slide and make sure to perform a function check. Have fun dumping your mags!
  7. If you run into any issues with your slide, don't hesitate to contact us and we will help troubleshoot.


Order Status Updates and Lead Times

We will do our best to update you through each step of your slide work, however this can be time consuming if we have a large volume of orders. The current lead time will be 5-7 business days with an additional 1-3 weeks for coating depending on which option you selected.
